Solution

A meticulously planned random act of kindness campaign happening simultaneously across 9 different locations in the City of London.

Our promo team were armed with over 14,000 delicious chocolate bars to give away to the unsuspecting general public. The campaign was designed to create noise, brand awareness and an emotional connection with their customers.

Challenges

There was a very short lead time for this event with just 1 month from initial brief to delivering activation. Our relationships and insider knowledge across locations and venues in the City of London meant we were the perfect team to deliver the solution at pace.

REsults

The campaign strengthened the positive brand ethos and our clients were thrilled with the results of the activation. The general public, who were recipients of the random act of kindness, provided overwhelming positive feedback both in person and via social media signifying an emotional connection between the brand and its customers.
