A property launch taken to new heights
Objective
Create a once in a lifetime experience and launch 22 Bishopsgate, the City of London’s new tallest tower, alongside the highest free viewing platform in the city to an audience of VIP’s, world press, occupiers and agents.
Solution
We collaborated with artist Paul Miller to produce content for live projection which included live mixed visuals and mapped, choreographed video content for the event speeches.
On the night our team facilitated smooth entry into the venue and guests were met on the 58th floor with breath-taking views backed by our realised creative concept. The immersive 360 projection mapping was designed and dynamically curated, especially for the launch.
It featured moving wall art, pulled from the commitments given by 22 Bishopsgate to the people of London. The projection provided an innovative and special solution for this unique launch event. Topped with our usual amazing F&B and a heartfelt speech and some cool vibes.
Challenges
Changing weather factors and light in the building posed a potential risk for 360 projections. We made sure to test the technology in all conditions to mitigate any problems and ensure the end delivery was seamless.
It was our duty to ensure that the 500 guests who were arriving at the same time were able to access quickly and without a hitch. To execute a friction free and seamless entry we created a safe logistics plan to keep everything effortlessly cool.
REsults
Delighted guests, happy clients and great press features from FT, Yahoo, City AM, Londonist, plus many, many more. This launch event created a great engagement driver for Horizon 22 and generated interest and venue bookings across the whole events sector. As a long-standing supplier to buildings owners, we have been involved with this amazing project for many years so it was deeply gratifying to see it fully realised.
