Get to know our award winning women

Did you know that 60% of our core operations team members are female? And that same 60% are 100% award winners for their expertise in the Events space?

It’s not often they let us brag about their triumphs and celebrate the learnings they bestow on the team to make us better (literally, on a daily basis). 

But, for the first time, they have allowed us to give you sneak peek into their journey navigating the industry, in the hope other women out there might be inspired to join this space or move up within it.

Without further ado:

Holly first joined us during a student placement in 2012, and after some time away working on global events (and even landing a spot as a C&IT A-Lister in 2019), she’s back as our Head of Events. From managing huge conferences and leading teams internationally, she’s done it all. We’re lucky to have her back in the fold.

After spending 17 years in Oman and starting her journey in real estate, Sydelle made the brave leap into Events. She came to the UK, earned a master’s degree in International Events Management (with distinction!), and joined the team 2021 on a casual basis. 

Fast forward a bit, she’s now our Conference News class of 2023 30 under 30 Project Manager. Real proof that following your passion pays off.

Raj is our Account Director who has been with Chilled Agency since 2016, and her work has been pivotal in making the company what it is today. In 2023, she was named a C&IT A-Lister, and her leadership on key campaigns has been a huge part of our success.

At Chilled Agency, we’re big believers in celebrating the people who make us great—and with Holly, Sydelle, and Raj on board, there’s plenty to celebrate. 

Here’s to these amazing women and the incredible things they’ve achieved so far.
