Festive Building Enlivenment

Year on year we’re asked to enliven buildings for festive celebrations, and this Christmas we’re once again elevating receptions and lobbies  with festive touches, designed to bring cheer and a seasonal smile to our guests.

Our light touch touch experiences go beyond decoration—it’s about enlivenment, creating an environment where everyone feels a sense of community and spirit.

Guests enjoy treats such as mulled wine (both alcohol and and 0% versions), rich hot chocolate (maybe a boozy one?) topped with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and toasted marshmallows. Our Festive Treat Stations are fully stocked with everyone’s favourite holiday treats: mince pies, candy canes, satsumas and brandy snaps, celebrating classic flavours that activate the senses with warmth, comfort and nostalgia.

Fun continues outside our favourite buildings, with the scent of freshly roasted chestnuts from our chestnut cart offering a nostalgic, traditional treat right at the building’s entrance. Live acoustic music adds a subtle background ambiance, creating a warm and lively atmosphere without overwhelming the space. This style of enlivenment is  easy to host and manage, with minimal setup required from our onsite team. It’s a light-touch activation that creates a welcoming space, either during lunchtime hours or an afterwork treat.

I personally love any Christmas enlivenment which includes live music and plenty of mulled wine, making our guests feel fuzzy, warm and festive inside.

It’s our tried and tested way to bring the festive season to life in a way that everyone can appreciate and enjoy, creating a sense of connection for all who have the pleasure to pass by!

From skyscrapers in The City of London to a car park in Glasgow, we’ve delivered bespoke treat stations for many of our clients, incorporating a little bit of their own flavour into each delivery. While each of our events is slightly unique, guests across many of our buildings know that when our Mince pie cart rolls up they’re in for a good time.
