As she heads into her next decade with Chilled, Raj is firmly in her era of ‘trying new things’ and ‘conquering the things that scare her’ …starting with swimming and plenty more travel!

Finn joined Chilled with a background in events, nightlife and promotions, having worked as an Area Manager for one of Newcastle’s biggest events companies, overseeing nightlife and student boxing events alongside studying Politics at Newcastle Uni. Now part of our Operations team, Finn supports Raj and Sydelle with event logistics, while working alongside Jen and Becci on the finance side of the business. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him running, playing padel or in the pub!

With a strong background in all things hospitality, Jen has an eye for detail and a natural understanding of exceptional service. Her experience spans operations management, business development and event delivery, with particular expertise in food and beverage.
At Chilled, Jen keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes – managing orders and deliveries, keeping finances in check and making sure the right processes are followed across the team. She’s the unofficial mama bear of the group – bringing warmth and calm when things get hectic.

Leonie combines big-picture strategy with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring every touchpoint works cohesively to tell a compelling story and deliver measurable results!

With a background in health & social care and over a decade of experience working in and around the events world, Jade has a natural knack for connecting with people, solving problems and adapting quickly.
Since stepping into events full time, Jade is fuelled by a love of being organised, getting stuck in and finding a way to make things work…She juggles many balls behind the scenes, keeping Chilled inventory in check, assisting Colin with admin tasks, while supporting the wider logistics team both pre and post event.
